YOUR WEEKLY DOSE OF PRACTICAL ASTROLOGY FOR REAL LIFE BREW #123

I'm in full receiving mode right now, and it's a little disorienting (that’s partly because receiving, which is what Cancer season ultimately wants us to do, is in the 8th house of my chart. 🥸 So I’m enjoying this moment…but cautiously).
Things feel simple right now. Easy, even. For a long time, the notion that it could be simple was honestly offensive to me. The idea of "ease" was a cruel joke.
And yet…
(And yet, despite navigating my 8th house of shadow work AND being deeply luteal right now…I’m also vibing so hard and genuinely enjoying a sense of deep contentment. 😌✌️)
What I’m realizing is that this is less of a judgment against who I am and what I’ve done and more of an evaluation of alignment.
Lemme explain:
Alignment isn't an outcome. It's not the gold star you get for doing life right. It's a process-oriented goal that means you’ve been true to yourself and the needs of your soul. You stay rooted in the process of it, not the proof of it.
The good news is that we've got a few auspicious punches of alignment headed for us this summer. Since I don't particularly fancy getting punched, though, I'm celebrating the serendipity that this Monday's dose of cosmic energy brought us — because it's basically a free warning shot. Let's use it.

WE GOT THREE BIG SKY EVENTS THAT DROPPED THIS WEEK, so let’s get right to the debrief, what it means, and what you’re gonna do about it:
BIG SKY EVENT #1: Full Moon in Capricorn
Six months ago, at the Capricorn New Moon, we were in the dead of winter with nothing to do but rest and dream.
This full moon is the harvest of that arc — the report card on whether you actually let yourself rest, dream, and build the disciplined action plan to back it up. Because Capricorn isn't just vision, it's vision with fidelity to follow-through.
If your foundations feel soft right now, that's the tell.
If they didn't get built out of the rest you gave yourself this winter — if there was no vision, no inner dream fueling your movements forward — you might find yourself right back in the cycle of getting what you wished for without having the structure to hold onto it.
That’s exactly what a full moon on the Cancer/Capricorn axis is showing us right now: where is your discipline meeting receptivity, your ambition meeting intuition.
➡ ️ Wherever you have Capricorn is where you're being asked: did you stay devoted?
BIG SKY EVENT #2: Jupiter Moves into Leo
Jupiter only changes signs once a year, and when it does, it's a cultural mic-drop — Jupiter is the Zeitgeist, the overtone of the collective moment. We're moving out of Cancer's depth-and-dreaming energy into Leo: playfulness, performance, the fire of life. Showbiz, baby!
Leo's a fixed sign, so this isn't chaos-fire, it's goal-oriented fire — a different flavor of alignment, but alignment nonetheless.
➡ Wherever you've got Leo is where the lights are about to come up.
BIG SKY EVENT #3: Mercury Retrograde
Listen: this is not a permission slip to torch every conversation that’s not going your way and blame the trickster god for it, okay? Mercury Retrograde is an invitation to review, reassess, reintegrate — specifically, how you're speaking to yourself, how you're speaking the invisible into existence, and which way you might be dousing your own fire with your own words.
Capricorn's clarity gives this retrograde some teeth: if you've been tripping over your own words, this is the season you get the stern eye. The withering glare that says get your shit together (in the most loving way, obviously).
➡ The short version: foundations before fireworks. Get aligned now, because the show is about to start.

This is your personalized breakdown of where this astro energy is hitting — and how to work with it, not get worked by it.
Aries Rising — Look to your 10th house (career, legacy, how you're seen) and your 4th house (home, roots, the private foundation nobody sees) — that's where this Capricorn full moon is doing its work. If you built real rest into your home life this winter, this is the moon that shows you it's holding — quietly, structurally, underneath everything you're putting out into the world. Now look to your 5th house — creativity, joy, self-expression — because that's where Jupiter in Leo wants to play. The stability you built at home isn't just background noise anymore. It's what's about to let you create without holding back.
Taurus Rising — Look to your 9th house (philosophy, expansion, the belief systems you're building) and your 3rd house (voice, daily mind, the small conversations that shape you) — this Capricorn full moon wants to know if what you believe and what you say out loud are finally lining up. If you spent this winter quietly refining your worldview instead of performing certainty you didn't feel, you're about to see that patience pay off. Now look to your 4th house — home, roots — because Jupiter in Leo wants your foundation to feel like a place you feel genuinely excited to retreat to.
Gemini Rising — Look to your 8th house (merged resources, depth, what you don't say out loud) and your 2nd house (self-worth, money, what you value) — this Capricorn full moon is checking whether your sense of worth has real structure under it, or whether it's still running on vibes. If you did the deeper work this winter, you'll feel steadier here than you expected to. Now look to your 3rd house — communication — because Jupiter in Leo wants your words to take up more space. Say the bold thing. You've earned the volume.
Cancer Rising — Look to your 7th house (partnership, the mirror of you) and your 1st house (you, full stop) — this Capricorn full moon is landing right on your axis, which means it's not subtle. If your relationships have been asking you to show up with more structure, more follow-through, more devotion — this is the moon that tells you whether you answered that call. Now look to your 2nd house — your worth, your resources — because Jupiter in Leo is about to expand what you believe you're allowed to have. Not what you're willing to settle for; the Universe isn't on a budget here. The limit is your own belief.
Leo Rising — Look to your 6th house (daily systems, body, the unglamorous maintenance work) and your 12th house (rest, subconscious, what's been healing quietly out of sight) — this Capricorn full moon wants to know if your body and your routines actually got the rest they needed, or if you just told yourself they did. Now look to your 1st house — you, yourself — because Jupiter in Leo is spending a full year making you the main character, structurally, not just symbolically. This is personal. Get the foundation solid, because you're about to be seen.
Virgo Rising — Look to your 5th house (creativity, pleasure, the things you make just because you want to) and your 11th house (community, collective vision) — this Capricorn full moon is asking if your creative dreams got real devotion this winter, or just good intentions. If you actually followed through, you'll feel it now as something solid you can point to, not just an idea you liked. Now look to your 12th house — rest, release, the unseen — because Jupiter in Leo isn't asking you to work bigger. It's asking you to rest bigger, and trust that it counts.
Libra Rising — Look to your 4th house (home, foundation — literally, this time) and your 10th house (career, visibility, how the world sees you) — this Capricorn full moon wants to know if your private life is stable enough to actually support the ambition you're carrying in public. If home felt shaky this winter, that's showing up now. Now look to your 11th house — your people, your circle — because Jupiter in Leo wants your community bigger and louder. Not smaller and safer. What's missing for that to feel viable right now?
Scorpio Rising — Look to your 3rd house (mind, voice, the words you use without thinking) and your 9th house (belief, expansion) — this Capricorn full moon is checking whether your thoughts and words are disciplined enough to actually carry the vision you've been dreaming about. If you've been careless with your language, you'll feel the gap now. Now look to your 10th house — career — because Jupiter in Leo is handing you a visible glow-up. Walk into it instead of shrinking from it.
Sagittarius Rising — Look to your 2nd house (resources, self-worth) and your 8th house (shadow work, merging) — that's where this Capricorn full moon is asking you to check your foundation. If you prioritized real rest this winter, this is the moon that lets you witness it working for you, even in a season that could've felt tense or heavy. Now look to your 9th house — personal expansion, philosophy, knowledge — because that's where Jupiter in Leo is about to explode your impact. The foundations you built in self-worth aren't just holding steady. They're about to launch you.
Capricorn Rising — Look to your 1st house — this full moon isn't asking you to look anywhere else, because it's happening to you, directly, no filter. You are the report card this month, plain and simple. If you did the work this winter, you'll feel it as clarity. If you didn't, you'll feel it as friction. Now look to your 8th house — merging, depth, transformation — because that's where Jupiter in Leo wants to take your closest connections. Not wider. Deeper.
Aquarius Rising — Look to your 12th house (subconscious, rest, what's been happening beneath the surface) and your 6th house (daily systems, body) — this Capricorn full moon is checking in on the dreams you haven't told anyone about yet, and whether your body's routines have been backing them up or working against them. Now look to your 7th house — partnership — because Jupiter in Leo wants your closest relationships bigger, bolder, more visible to support you in bringing those dreams into reality.
Pisces Rising — Look to your 11th house (community, the vision you've been building with your people) and your 5th house (creativity, joy) — this Capricorn full moon wants to know if the dreams you've been building alongside others actually got structure, or if they stayed a nice feeling you all shared. Now look to your 6th house — daily systems, body, routine — because Jupiter in Leo wants your actual, unglamorous daily life to hold the hearth fire that can actually fuel you into continuing your work in the world with the passion I know you have for it.

From Ash's Corner
Not gonna lie — I'm proud of myself right now, and I hope that doesn't come off as braggadocious, because it's not meant to be a flex. It's meant to be permission.
I'm proud of myself for holding space for rest even when I didn't think I deserved it. I’m proud of myself for staying faithful to a dream when I didn't have a single logistical answer to back it up — just a feeling I trusted enough to keep walking forward.
Capricorn season was when I was holding space for what INVICTA eventually became. I didn't have the curriculum. I didn't have the pricing. I didn't have the launch plan. I didn’t even have the name then! I just had a feeling: an intuitive pull for a community offer that was asking me to make it exist.
Every business coach I've ever paid will tell you that's backwards, that you gotta build your 1:1 pipeline first, then build the group container. But the spirit of my business is very much a sentient ally and what she tells me to do doesn’t always make sense on paper. 🤷♀️ And you know what? That's not my job to fix. My job is simply to honor it, and make it exist.
Clarity follows action. Or, like Rumi said: start walking the way, and the way appears.
If you’ll permit a girl to be a little sappy, delivering on the founding cohort of INVICTA, watching it become real, in real time, with real women in it — it's one of the most magical things I've ever built. 🥺✨🫶
On top of that — the Gemini New Moon cracked open more clarity on my own positioning than a year of "strategic planning" ever could have. Turns out hindsight gives you what no amount of brand strategy or competitive research ever can.
And now Jupiter's heading into my 9th house — philosophy, literacy, expansion, teaching — for a full year. As someone who's positioned herself to help other women and female founders build their own internal infrastructure and pinpoint their own philosophies? I don't have the words!!
Fortune and abundance are straight up kissing my forehead right now and I’m soaking it in. 🥰🌈
P.S…If you're reading this with your stomach dropping a little — if the foundations-check landed less like clarity and more like oh no — that panic isn't a verdict. It's just information. Capricorn doesn't care that you didn't know six months ago what you know now. She only cares what you do with the knowing. You've got a full moon's worth of illumination and an entire Cancer and Leo season ahead of you. That's not nothing. That's a runway!
Sending you cosmic forehead kisses 🌈💋✨
