I guess now is as good a time as any to come clean to you, Reader, so here goes nothing...

I have an agenda here and it's no longer just translating the sky for you.

Loath as I am to admit it, there're a lot of people who do just that: explain the astrology of the moment and give you a horoscope.

You probably have no less than 3 apps on your phone right now, that can do that.

Hence my agenda. 😈

Because I don't just want you to understand what's going on and what it means for you...

(Though, fear not, I absolutely will continue to offer weekly translations via this newsletter so you CAN do just that.)

Secretly, I want you to stop playing small!!

I want for you to feel like what you most want for yourself in this life, no matter how far out, simple, complex, or impossible it may seem on the surface--- is actually within reach because of the insider cosmic intelligence you get here.

Secretly, I don't want you to fear anyone judging you for who you are, what you do, or what you want. I don't want you to shrink from people who might look at you say who does she think she is?!

I want you to embrace it.

Every time you hear this said of you, who does she think she is?—either verbally, implied, directly, or through the grapevine—I want you to consider it validation for using your gifts and playing big in a world that profits off of you staying small.

Especially as a woman!

Especially because when I look back over all of my client interactions—across coaching calls, community workshops, and countless private readings—there was never a single moment where I though "I need to tell her/myself/these people to tone it down."

I've only EVER thought that the most magical, gifted, compassionate people I know + have had the privilege to support are tragically less audacious than they have the absolute birthright to be.

Because building a wildly profitable business takes audacity.​
Creating something that hasn't existed before takes audacity. ​
Trusting your own intuition, inherent gifts, and good ideas takes audacity. ​
Believing in a vision before you have any evidence it will work out takes audacity. ​
Deviating from the patterns and expectations of your family, lineage, or friend group takes audacity.

Audacity is a bit of dirty word, but WHY?

The world we live in is a result of who has permission to be audacious.

I know you have your own list of workplaces, public spaces, institutions, and leadership that is FILLED with mediocre 🗣 IDIOTS that have gotten there with nothing more than their own (misplaced and unearned) AUDACITY.

So imagine what would be possible if YOU acted more audaciously??

YOU, filled with a ferocious hope for what's possible --
YOU, with your ~actual~ expertise, lived experience, inherent genius, and untapped gifts??

So, not-so-secretly anymore, that's my agenda.

This ain't ~just~ an astrology newsletter no more, ya hear?!

This is a weekly energetic intelligence report to help YOU know how live a more audacious life.

Specifically, by understanding the permission that the cosmos, present culture, and deeper symbolism are extending to us—and how we're meant to run with that to fuel our audacity, deepen our self trust, and execute our free will to affect change in our psyches, lives, and communities.

So...cat's outta the bag!

My secret agenda has been to make you more powerful and audacious in your own life, even when shit is crazy.

Actually, especially then.

This is all divinely inspired, of course. Specifically by Libra, the season we presently find ourselves in. Libra is an icon and I mean that literally. As THE 👏 ONLY 👏 zodiac sign represented by an inanimate object, it is that objectthat is the icon. The Scales of Justice is an enduring symbol that has persisted for thousands of years; surviving various cultural transformations and global conquest, since antiquity! So already...you feel the audacity in that, right? In a symbol that has been empowered through the centuries, through tens of thousands of miles of travel and person-to-person storytelling that has traveled the ages? Just nod and say yes. The Scales represent Justice herself and her name is older than the legal sense we've assigned to her symbol. Her name is Themis, the titan goddess of Justice and Cosmic Law & Order. The thing that infuriates me the most about Themis (aka Lady Justice) is that she's not blind! The blindfolds were added much later to symbolize impartiality and imply that Justice is blind to favor, but this actually undercuts her most ruthless qualities. Before she was reimagined as a judicial referee, she was an elemental force of divine order, harmony, and unshakeable truth. Standing before an all-seeing deity does not require you to prove a legal case; it requires total, unvarnished alignment with what is right. There's a strict distinction between the laws written by humans and the eternal laws of the cosmos. Themis represented the latter as she oversaw the natural order of the universe, the seasons, the hospitality owed to strangers, and the assembly of gods and humans. So as a cosmic sense of Justice, Themis didn't need a blindfold because she wasn't judging human disputes based on presented evidence; she was maintaining the fabric of reality itself. And that is something that requires supreme clarity, not blindness. So to stand before such a Universal force, to look her in the eye and say, with your whole chest, that ⚖️ what you are doing, ⚖️ what you believe in, and ⚖️ what you are working towards, is something you fully believe aids in supporting or restoring her Cosmic Order—takes a fuck ton of conviction. And, if it wasn't obvious, to act in congruence with our deeper convictions requires the courage to stand up for them in the first place.

Taking off the blindfold and standing in conviction Going forward, I'll be writing the House-By-House Breakdown for new moons ONLY. Why? Two reasons. 1 - Because new moons are the most potent concentration of seasonal energy; using that time frame to action out for intention setting and building momentum is just tooooo perfect to not write about. 2 - Would it be too forward (audacious even? 😏)to say that I'm dreaming up an astrology-focused woo community for next year where we'd have new + full moon gatherings and I specifically want to be able to go deep on full moons? BUT they're a lot of work and I want to protect my capacity to offer this in the future, so I need to set the structure and boundary for myself now? No? 😅 Well, in that case, Libra's scales of cosmic balance are definitely supportive when it comes to implementing boundaries and that is a boundary I know I've been craving. So instead of a horoscope, grab your favorite journal and tarot deck (if you have one) and consider the following: To stand before an all-seeing goddess of order means you cannot wear a mask. It requires an immense inner strength because she sees your true nature, your lineage, and your fate. Justice in this cosmic sense isn't about being found "not guilty" on a technicality. It is about being fundamentally sound and rooted in truth. Audacity requires the same courage and conviction. 1.) Where are you shrinking from either? Where do you lack clarity to stand strong in both? 2.) I want you to find the 2 of Swords in your deck. She represents a balanced-yet-blindfolded sense of Justice. But blindfolded we lack clarity and cosplay as helpless. Your charge here is to take the blindfold off. Look to the card directly in front of or on top of the 2 of Swords within your deck; this is what's blocking your audacity/courage/conviction, or where/why you're afraid to say what you really think. Next, look to the card directly behind the 2 of Swords within your deck, this is what will help you overcome the challenge presented in the previous card.
